Request for a hardcopy of the registration form from our crew.

Fill in the details required and submit all the necessary documents

(Eg: Registration Form, Consent Form)

With the participation fee in cash 

 

Step 4: 

Ensure you request for a receipt from our crew.

Then, wait for the confirmation email to be sent.
